We provide customized virtual Whiskey Tasting Events Nationwide!

We design and conduct custom in-person whiskey events within the greater Philadelphia area

We are a group of whiskey lovers who decided to share their passion for this great spirit with everyone interested: from starters who want to learn and discover what this is about, to other aficionados in search of the holy Glencairn.

All our associates are Certified Bourbon Stewards, Whisky Ambassadors, and members of the Stave & Thief Society. Everyone is also TIPS/RAMP certified, as we encourage responsible alcohol consumption.

We are not whiskey snobs – we are educators: we deliver programs to share the background of this beverage, how it is made, what the differences are between the different breeds, etc… Of course this includes how to enjoy it, and we provide sensory training to help people recognize different flavors, understand where to find them, and keep exploring the world of whiskeys with a road map in hand.

We aim to cover whiskeys of the world – diversity is paramount and there are beautiful creations all over.  But we have a special place in our heart for the full-flavored American Whiskeys, hence the name “Bourbon U”.

It is quite understandable that the world of flavors encompasses food, and we are all foodies. Pairings and cocktails are an expansion of the classes we teach, and like our other offerings, they are both educational and enjoyable.

Our events are tailored to your objectives and are accessible to all.

We know you have high expectations. Our events are produced to a high standard, from intimate gatherings of 10+ guests to large scale events of 200 attendees or more. We are here to deliver the right event – and more… every time.
